Antique French Rush Seat Chair (Set of 6)

This lovely set of 6 rush seat chairs are a beautiful way to layer history and craftsmanship into a breakfast or dining room. The chairs were hand made in France, woven with rushes and have lovely, understated silhouettes.

One seat has been rebuilt with newer rush and one chair is missing a side spindle, but could easily be repaired if desired. All chairs are in usable condition.

Rush seats last longer when protected with cushions. These chairs come with the beautiful, handmade cushions that fasten to the seat with simple, overhand knots at the corners. If you would like to purchase the chairs without the cushions, please email us and we can offer a price reduction.
